Coconut Almond Bonbons – Easy No-Bake Treats
Coconut is one of my favourite flavours, but it’s also one of the hardest to concentrate, because its aroma is so delicate. For an intense taste I like to use coconut purée where possible, as well as desiccated coconut with a high fat content. That’s exactly what makes these coconut almond bonbons so delicious – full of texture and flavour.
